Anime Expo® 2008 Announces 17th Convention Biggest Success To Date
Increased Attendance Numbers, Charity Auction Results and Next Year’s Convention Dates Announced for the Nation’s Largest Anime and Manga Event
Los Angeles, California (July 6, 2008) — 43,000 unique attendees (2007 attendance was approximately 41,000) came to the streets of downtown Los Angeles to participate in the biggest anime and manga event of the year held at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Total daily numbers for the convention is approximately 103,000 attendees ascended onto the Los Angeles Convention Center over the 4th of July weekend.
